Before buying, review the presentation, quantity, ingredients or materials and the specifications available on the product page. Images are illustrative and do not replace the specifications; not all of them are exact photographs of the product. If you need to confirm a measurement or characteristic that is not shown, ask us before paying.
Prices and charges are shown in Mexican pesos, with applicable taxes included. National shipping is calculated separately and the total appears before payment. Availability is verified when the order is processed. If a presentation is not available for purchase, you can ask about restocking; special manufacturing is not guaranteed.
Price changes apply to future purchases. We will not unilaterally increase the price of an order that has already been paid. If an error occurs or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you to agree on a solution in accordance with your rights, including any refund that applies.
The payment page offers card, Link (Stripe's fast payment option) and OXXO, depending on the options available for your order and device. Compatible digital wallets may appear within card payment. We do not offer interest-free installments (meses sin intereses) or bank transfer as an integrated purchase method.
Stripe processes payments. Albye does not receive or store your full card number or its security code. A payment attempt or an OXXO voucher that is still pending is not a confirmed payment. The order is prepared once the payment is confirmed. With card or Link, the charge is first authorized and is captured as soon as we confirm stock for the whole order. If an item sells out in the meantime, we cancel the order and void the authorization without charging it; your bank may continue to show that hold for a few days.
With OXXO, stock is reserved when the voucher is created; if it is no longer available, we let you know so you do not pay the voucher, which expires on its own at no cost, and the order is cancelled. If you pay it anyway, we prepare your order if stock has come back; if not, we refund the amount through the process described in “Shipping, cancellations and returns”.
With OXXO, pay the amount shown using the voucher's reference, before it expires. OXXO accepts amounts from $10 to $10,000 MXN. Confirmation is not immediate; keep your receipt and wait for the payment-confirmed email notice, or check the status on your purchase's confirmation page. The voucher and its instructions are available on the confirmation page, in addition to the email notice. If the voucher expires without a confirmed payment, we will check the payment status before canceling the order and releasing the stock. If you have paid and it still does not appear as confirmed, contact us before trying to pay again.
You can request a CFDI invoice on the payment page by ticking the box “I need an invoice (CFDI)” and entering your tax data, or afterwards at [email protected], stating your order number and the required tax data: RFC (Mexican taxpayer ID), name or legal name, tax regime, tax postal code and CFDI use. Do not send passwords or electronic signature (e.firma) files. Albye's billing team issues the invoice manually within 2 business days after the payment is confirmed and we receive the request with complete data. To speed it up, request it within 3 business days of receiving the product; a later request will be handled in accordance with the applicable tax obligations, without automatic rejection because of that period.
Use the site without interfering with its operation and without misusing other people's data. The content of Albye and its licensors is protected by the corresponding rights; its publication does not grant permission to exploit it commercially.
The applicable conditions are those communicated at the time of purchase. Later updates do not reduce the rights attached to earlier orders. Mexican law applies, and you may go to PROFECO (the Federal Consumer Protection Agency) or the competent authority. No clause excludes the supplier's liabilities or requires you to waive rights recognized by law.
