The site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of the content without Albye's express written authorization is prohibited.
Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards, Link, and OXXO. Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT when required by law.
We reserve the right to modify prices and availability without prior notice. The price in effect when the order is confirmed prevails. In case of an obvious pricing error, Albye may cancel the order with full refund.
To issue a Mexican electronic invoice (CFDI 4.0), select 'I need an invoice' at checkout and provide your fiscal data (RFC, legal name, CFDI use). The invoice is sent by email within 24 to 48 business hours.
All site content (texts, photographs, logos, trademarks, designs) is the property of Albye or its licensors. Unauthorized use violates the Mexican Federal Copyright Law.
Albye makes its best effort to maintain content accuracy but does not guarantee the site is free of errors or interruptions. Under no circumstances will it be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any controversy will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City, with the consumer's right to approach PROFECO under the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
