We ship throughout Mexican territory from our warehouse in Mexico City. International orders are available on request by email to [email protected].
Main cities (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Querétaro): 2 to 3 business days. Rest of the country: 3 to 5 business days. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM local time process the next business day.
Weight-based shipping: $150 MXN per kilogram, calculated automatically from your order's weight and shown before you pay. National delivery in 3 to 5 business days.
Fragile products (unbreakable glasses, fondue, capsules) are packed with cushioning material and integrity seal. We photograph every order leaving the warehouse as a record shared with the customer.
We offer 7 calendar days to return an unused non-consumable product in its original packaging, counted from receipt. Opened consumable products are not accepted for return for hygiene reasons.
To start: write to [email protected] with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 business hours with the procedure. The customer covers return shipping, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. For OXXO payments, refunds may take an additional 5 business days depending on the receiving bank.
If you receive a damaged product, document with photographs immediately and write to us within 48 hours. We replace at no additional cost or refund to the original payment method, according to your preference.
